Don't look at the pain. Look at the plan! Look at the purpose! Why do you equate discipline with punishment? Why should punish you? You are the only doing the punishing, not I. Do you expect Me to help you worsen the wound? Sorry, You're looking in the wrong Department.... If it's guilt and condemnation you want, you need to consult a good religionist - there is a the place to look. But why not take My advice, have a good laugh and stay with the program?
