PICK ME UP DADDY

One of the reasons we have a hard time receiving our healing whether it is spiritual, mental or physical is because we cannot see ourself healed.

When God wanted Abraham to see the land God wanted for him, He took him up on a mountain and asked him what he could see, Abraham then told God all he could see from the mountain top God put him on.  God then said good,  because all you can now see you can have.

You can only have what you see, if you cannot see it, you will never obtain it.

WE NEED TO SEE OURSELVES HEALED

It says in

because from up there we are looking down on our enemy, of sickness, lack, pain, grief, hurt, despair and every evil that the devil sends our way.

So we need to see things as God sees them from His position not ours.

Weare only able to do this when we see what God sees... which is by His GRACE, undeserved favour, we get there only because  with all our faults He wants us healed. We don't deserve it but His love gives us favour.

LET ME EXPLAIN.....

When my daughter Vanessa was very small we went shopping in the city of Birmingham Shopping Centre.  When we entered a Department Store that had several stories to it I wanted to take her to the large Toy Department which this store had a whole floor dedicated to it; but it was on the 6th floor.

So we entered the lift (Elevator), as we entered on the ground floor we were the first to get in,  so my daughter held my hand as the lift moved to the next floor.  The lift stopped and more people got in, which was not a problem but it did mean we had to step back a little so they could get in.

The doors closed and the lift moved to the next floor and more people got in and by now it had started to get a little crowded, which was not a problem as we moved back a little more.  By the fourth floor the lift was quite full, I then felt a frantic little girl tugging on my trousers and with tears in her eyes she cried out.....

PICK ME UP DADDY! PLEASE PICK ME UP!!

As soon as I picked her up, the crying stopped. I asked her 'what's the matter sweetheart? Why are you crying?'

She couldn't see anything and had got scared.

From my position, I had forgotten that down there all she could see was legs and backsides and nothing else, but as soon as she cried out and I brought her up to my level she could see what I could see and the panic was over.

If we can't see what God sees then perhaps you need to forget what's going on around you.  The people, the noise, the pushing, the shoving and give a heartfelt cry to your Heavenly Father and say....

PICK ME UP DADDY... I WANT TO SEE WHAT YOU SEE!!

Then when we see ourselves as God sees us and we can obtain our goal by His mercy and grace.

WHAT CAN YOU SEE MY CHILD?... BECAUSE WHATEVER YOU SEE YOU CAN HAVE!
